HOW TO ORDER
Pre-cut Meat from the Farm
We sell individual cuts of meat from the farm, as available. Please note that not all cuts are available at all times.
 
We deliver orders of 25 pounds and up for free within a 35-mile radius of the farm.
 
10% discount on orders of 50 pounds of meat or more
 
 
 
Orders of Sides of Beef
The easiest way to assure you get the cuts you want is to purchase a side of beef.  This allows you the greatest selection of cuts done exactly to your specification. We are here to walk you through the process of ordering in that quantity (see FAQs).
 
12% discount when you purchase a side of beef
Total weight varies by animal.
 
A deposit of $100 is required to hold your side of beef.
 
 
 
When to Order
We start butchering in spring and take orders for sides of beef starting in January.  As a small producer, the availability is quickly limited.
 
Interested restaurants and markets, please contact us early.
 
Availability applies to individual pre-cut meat as well.
