ABOUT
MACK BROOK FARM
Mack
Brook Farm comprises over 300 acres in Argyle, NY, situated between
the Adirondacks and the Green Mountains of Vermont.
The
land was purchased in 1928 by Kevin’s grandparents. Kevin was born
and raised here, as were his sons.
For
most of its history, the land was used primarily as a dairy farm.
In 2003, Kevin and Karen decided to raise beef cattle and began
selecting the herd. They now work full time on the farm with the
fourth generation pitching in when needed.
Currently,
the herd is primarily Angus. We have searched for and found exceptional
Angus bulls to grow the herd.
